DELIVERY TIPS

Check measurements of furniture and access to your home It is important to check the measurements of your chosen furniture shown our website and you must ensure there is adequate doorway and stair access. In the instance that an the goods or products have to be returned after dispatch due to reasons beyond the control of thePineWorkshoppe this also includes aborted deliveries actioned by the customer, the customer will be liable to return fees.

Walk the route from Delivery start (Lorry) to the chosen room Start from where the goods or products are intended to be placed in your home to where the delivery will begin and walk the path that the delivery team will take to carry the goods or products into your room of choice. A good idea is to take a tape measure with you to measure any unusual door or ceiling heights or other twists and turns that you think might cause a problem.

Your order could be delivered via a large vedhicle with restricfted access, so please be sure your home is accessible. Please call us prior to delivery if not.

DELIVERY CHARGES

We offer free delivery locally to the whole of Norfolk, but outside of the area, our delivery charges are based on your overall spend value:

  • Up to £120 = £20

  • £121-£250 = £30

  • £251-£500 = £40

  • £501-£999 = £50

  • Over £1000 = Free
